- When is the election?
- The general election is Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Polls in Wyoming are open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
- Where do I vote in Albany County?
- Albany County uses vote centers. The County Clerk publishes vote-center locations and precinct maps; any registered Albany County voter can vote at any vote center on Election Day.
- Can I register to vote on Election Day?
- Yes. Wyoming allows same-day registration at the polls with valid identification. You can also register in advance at the County Clerk’s office.
- Who is Daron L. Wyatt?
- A 38-year law enforcement veteran, Certified Wyoming Peace Officer and Reserve Deputy Sheriff with the Laramie County Sheriff’s Office, small business owner in Albany County, and the Republican nominee for Albany County Sheriff.

- The Sheriff serves everyone in Albany County regardless of party. Decisions about safety, hiring, the detention center and the budget should rest on experience, merit and the facts, not politics.
